At just 19 years old, Troy became the Network Administrator for Torrington in Walhalla, SC. With no team and over 300 people depending on him, he had to learn fast—and deliver faster. That early responsibility shaped his approach: solve problems, stay dependable, and never let the tech get in the way of the people who rely on it.

Since then, he’s worked across the tech spectrum—from full-stack software development at Goldie and Associates (where he created custom applications still sold nationally) to IT infrastructure, business phone systems, and website development. Each step added to a skillset designed not just to fix issues, but to anticipate them.
